Hitchcock an ETSU graduate East Tennessee State University conferred nearly 1,400 degrees in two fall commencement ceremonies, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, on Dec. 10, 2016.In addition to awarding bachelors, masters, and educational specialist degrees, ETSU bestowed doctor of education, doctor of public health, doctor of physical therapy, and doctor of philosophy degrees on successful candidates.Philip Brent Hitchcock of McMinnville was among the graduates. He received a bachelor of science degree. Bouldin makes Dean’s list Maxine Bouldin has been honored for her academic accomplishments by making the dean’s list at Belmont University during the fall term of 2016.This recognition is for students who carry a minimum 12-hour course load during the term, exclusive of audit and pass/fail courses, and achieve a GPA of at least 3.5 with no grade below C.
