Have you noticed small signs reading, “Help McMinnville Bloom,” around downtown yet? If not, you soon will. The Industrial Development Board of McMinnville-Warren County, McMinnville-Warren Chamber of Commerce and Main Street McMinnville have joined forces with the Tennessee Center for Rural Innovation (TCRI) led by Michel Aikens, Ph.D. and Kelley Hunter at Tennessee Tech to gather data during events to determine their economic impact to McMinnville and Warren County.
