Eastside Elementary Beta Club members in grades 4 and 5 as well as Junior Club members in grades 6, 7 and 8, attended the recent Tennessee Beta Club convention at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville. The Elementary Club had 24 members in attendance; the Junior Club had 26 members in attendance. Eastside's Beta clubs are sponsored by Mandy Blankenship, Lisa Rowland and Rachel Livesay who work with the elementary group; and Angela Brock, Chris Hutcheson and Misty Bolding, who work with the junior group.
