Downtown roads to close Friday for trick-or-treating

Downtown McMinnville will be full of trick-or-treaters on Friday afternoon and there will be some road closures in effect in order to keep the kids safe.
Downtown road closures will begin at 1 p.m. on Friday in order to keep the trick-or-treaters participating in Downtown McMinnville’s Trick-or-Treat safe.
