Warren County Litter Grant coordinator Dennis Baird has a treat for Warren County elementary school students. It’s a treat that will also increase their awareness of keeping Warren County clean and litter free. Using Litter Grant funds provided by the Tennessee Department of Transportation, Baird purchased several copies of a book called “Nancy and Sluggo Love Tennessee: A Story about Keeping Tennessee Beautiful.”
