If you pay attention to Mobile Patrol, getting locked up at Warren County Jail has become a real nightmare. Sheriff Jackie Matheny says a training exercise is responsible for some movie character names being posted on the Mobile Patrol app as new inmates getting booked at the jail. Matheny confirmed Friday that horror film villain Freddy Kruegar of "Nightmare on Elm Street" fame is in fact not an inmate at the jail.
