Judge Bart Stanley has ruled on the following cases in Circuit Court.

Joshua Jordan was ordered to serve 60 days for violation of probation.

Joshua Nathaniel Maranta was ordered to serve 120 days of a two-year sentence for theft of property.

George Gilbert Melson was ordered to serve 365 days of a 10-year sentence for two counts of delivery of meth, one count of possession of meth, and attempted possession of a weapon during a felony.

Jammy Cooper Thompson was ordered to serve 10 days for violation of probation.

Larry Randolph Locke Jr. was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear.

William Haley was ordered to serve 30 days for violation of probation.

Vondale Eugene Solomon was ordered to serve 90 days for violating an order of protection, escape, and violation of probation.

Christopher Brent Parker was ordered to serve 30 days of a four-year sentence for aggravated burglary, theft and vandalism. He was ordered to pay restitution and was given a judicial diversion, meaning the charge can be erased from his record if he gets in no further trouble.


Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Tuesday in General Sessions Court.

Cody Dale Cagle was ordered to serve 105 days for evading arrest and escape.

Misty Carol Fults was ordered to serve 30 days for violation of probation.

Michael Lynn Monday was released on time served for shoplifting and criminal trespass. He was allowed to enter the TN ROCS program and ordered to stay out of Walmart.

Randy Davis Jr. was ordered to serve 11 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for domestic assault and failure to appear. He must also attend the batterer’s intervention program.
