A couple faces child neglect charges after they were reportedly sighted using drugs near Midway ballpark with a 6-year-old child in the car.The suspects, Michelle Reno, 24, and David L. Caswell, 24, are both charged with child endangerment. Reno is additionally charged with possession of drugs without a prescription while Caswell is additionally charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.Deputies responded to a report of drug use near Midway ballfields and fell in behind a vehicle matching the description given to them by a witness. Upon being stopped, Caswell admitted he did not have a driver license.
