The annual McGee Reunion will be held on Sun., Aug. 25 at Shellsford Baptist Church Fellowship Hall at noon.

AUGUST 29

The monthly book review at Rock Island Cumberland Presbyterian Church is set for Aug. 29. The program will be led by Tennessee Tech University Associate Professor of History Dr. Troy Smith who will present a lecture about the Battle of Rock Island, the last of the significant engagements of the Chickamauga Wars. All are invited to attend.
