Monday, March 2

Warren County Democratic Party will hold a meeting at Gondola Restaurant from 6 to 7 p.m. Guest speaker will be Michael Franklin, educator and Tennessee District 4 congressional candidate. 

Lucky Community Center is holding its monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome.

Tuesday, March 3

Cedar Grove Community Center is serving lunch for Election Day. Cost is $6 and includes chicken and dumplings or BBQ, veggies, drink and dessert. 

Heritage Center and Museum, located at 113 East Main Street, will have a sign-up and orientation at 7 p.m. for an upcoming photo class. The first of six classes will be held March 10. Anyone interested is urged to attend. Cost is $50. Proceeds go toward Warren County Heritage Center and Museum. 

Thursday, March 5 

Shady Grove Baptist Church will be holding its annual spring revival beginning Thursday through Sunday, March 9 at 7 p.m. Elder Nick Pelham will be bringing God’s word. 

Friday, March 6

Ball sign-ups for 2020 can be made from 4 to 5 p.m. at Fairview CIC. Cost is $30. Any age is welcome. For more information, call Leanne Grissom at 931-212-9501 or Megan Wright at 931-808-4801. Sponsors and coaches are also being sought. A second sign-up date is Saturday, March 7, from 1 to 3 p.m. 

Saturday, March 7

Morrison Ruritan Club is offering its annual fish supper, a fundraiser for Relay for Life. Dinner is served from 5 to 7:30 p.m. and carry-outs will be available. The club asks for donations rather than setting a price.

Eventide will be performing a mini-concert at Dayspring Community Church at 10:30 a.m. on March 8. The church is located at 4295 Smithville Highway. Visit for more information. 

Browntown Church of Christ is holding a fellowship meeting March 8. Bro. Chris Whitaker will be the speaker. Sunday morning service begins with Sunday school at 9 a.m. and worship at 10 a.m. Lunch will be served following worship service. Evening service begins at 2:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome.
