Preliminary approval has been given for a large subdivision to be built in the city limits. The McMinnville Planning Commission met Tuesday to consider subdividing 12 acres into 14 plots for the construction of 14 houses. Donald and Latesha Hillis requested the land, which is located off Shelbyville Road between Wilson Lane and Myers Lane, be divided.
