McMinnville officials have given three lots to make the dream of homeownership come true for local families. The Board of Mayor and Aldermen approved on second and final read an ordinance to convey property at 131 Higginbotham Road, 210 George Huggins Drive, and 217 Mt. Leo Heights to Warren County Habitat for Humanity.
