Six trees causing issues for a downtown business will be removed.In August, the city of McMinnville received a request from property owner Ben Myers for the city to remove two trees he believed were on city property, but damaging the foundation of his building at 118 South Court Square. However, while Myers believed those two trees were on city property and not his own, no survey was available. City administrator Bill Brock offered to work with the business to determine boundary lines and bring that information back to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen for its consideration.
