The Lot on Court Square would receive a major facelift if the city acts on one proposal under consideration. This plan would provide a stage, public restrooms and a two-story area for visitors to enjoy downtown. McMinnville Mayor Ben Newman is among officials who gave the plan glowing reviews. It was presented by Community Development Department director Nolan Ming.
