McMinnville officials have secured a lease on property to continue a walking trail along the Barren Fork River.“We resolved the final wording in the agreement,” said city attorney Tim Pirtle.Approximately four years ago, construction of a trail that would eventually connect Sally’s Alley to Rocket Park began. A section, called River Trail East that connects Ramsey Park to Beersheba Street Bridge, was complete in October 2016. Work on the second and final section, called River Trail North, started recently.
