McMinnville officials will be considering the creation of a Tourism Development Authority on Tuesday night. The Board of Mayor and Aldermen meets at 7 p.m. Among the items up for deliberation is a resolution to authorize the creation of a Tourism Development Authority. The measure only needs one passing vote.Aldermen Everett Brock is urging board members to vote for it.“Establishing a Tourism Development Authority is a big plus for the city,” said Brock, who is also Finance Committee chair.
