McMinnville officials have approved the purchase of 202 Bell Street for $750,000. The measure passed 6-1 on final reading. Mayor Jimmy Haley, Vice Mayor Ben Newman, and Aldermen Kate Alsbrook, Ryle Chastain, Everett Brock and Steve Harvey voted in favor of the purchase, while Alderman Mike Neal voted against it.
