Rock Island residents make feelings clear at open house

An open house organized by Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) and Gresham Smith architects in Nashville took place Friday night at Rock Island Lions Club. A flyer offering a “sneak preview” of proposed bike and pedestrian lanes in Rock Island riled up some citizens whose private property would be affected by the development.
