Judge Bart Stanley has ruled on the following cases in Circuit Court.

Dalton Fields Cantrell was released on eight months time served for felony failure to appear.

Cali Alexis Carlson was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for theft of property $1,000 or less.

Ronald Don Kloosterman was ordered to serve 365 days for violation of probation.

Mary Alexis Rigsby was given a 10-year sentence, to be served all on probation, for possession of meth with intent to deliver. She was fined $2,000 and will receive rehab treatment.

Jacob Daniel Lowery was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $1,500 fine for two counts of possession of meth.

Michael Anthony Madewell was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-29 sentence for four counts of theft and fraudulent use of a debit card. He was told to stay out of Walmart.

Richard Douglas McCormick was ordered to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence and fined $2,000 for possession of meth with intent to deliver.

Deana R. Moxley was ordered to serve 30 days for violation of probation.

Deborah Jo Rovsek was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear.

Jacob Lee Jones was granted six-year judicial diversion for theft under $1,000, theft over $10,000, and possession of meth with intent to deliver. He was fined $2,000. His charges can be erased from his record if he gets in no trouble during his six-year probationary period.

Bobby Tisdale was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for DUI by allowing.

Ricky Dale Comfort Jr. was ordered to serve 90 days of a three-year sentence for aggravated assault.

Larry Randolph Locke Jr. was ordered to serve 360 days of a 10-year sentence and pay a $2,000 fine for possession of meth with intent to deliver.

Mark Anthony McCormick was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for first-offense DUI.
