Judge Bart Stanley has ruled on the following cases in Circuit Court.

Bradley D. Glover was ordered to serve 48 hours for failure to appear.

Stacey Mengersen was ordered to serve 137 days of a three-year sentence and make $2,000 restitution for theft of property.

Jeffery Lynn Roberts was ordered to serve eight years in the Tennessee Department of Corrections and pay $2,000 restitution for theft of property.

Corey Miller was ordered to serve four years in the TDOC for burglary.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Amanda M. Arnold (serve balance), Charlie Chad Barnes (90 days), Jonathan Casey Bryant (serve balance), Jacques Elam (60 days), John Christophe Elrod (serve balance), Kyle Daniel Estes (60 days), Tyler Gage Finley (serve balance), Jared Thomas Edward Gum (serve balance), Clifton Duane Hennessee (60 days), Stephen Michael Judkins (serve until Dec. 12), Tyler Lee King Sr. (90 days), Daniel M. Reyes (90 days), Matthew Robertson (60 days), Chad E. Sandlin (serve 60 days then go to adult recovery court), Kayla Renee Smartt (270 days), David Franklin Turner (180 days) and Cody Wayne Wood (serve until Nov. 1).
