A Criminal Court Docket was heard Wednesday by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court. Included in Wednesday’s action:
• Junior Dale Brewer II was credited for time served since May 17, and returned to probation for violation of probation.
• Dawn Marie Cooper pleaded guilty to facilitation of child abuse for a child under 8 years old, and was sentenced to six years on supervised probation and ordered to pay court costs. That sentence runs consecutively to a guilty plea to possession of methamphetamine in the amount of .5 grams or more, which resulted in a 12-year jail sentence and a $2,000 fine.
• Sean Lee Cope pleaded guilty to three counts of reckless endangerment, and was sentenced to two years, to serve 170 days. He was released on time served and ordered to spend the remainder of his sentence on probation with the Adult Recovery Court.
• Ronald Anthony Craven pleaded guilty to evading arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and burglary, receiving a six-year sentence as a Range II offender, to serve 210 days with the balance on supervised probation as well as an alcohol and drug assessment. That sentence runs consecutively to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation for the evading and possession charges.
• Sherri Nicole Davenport had her bond set at $100,000, and must wear an ankle monitor if released on bond. She is charged with aggravated robbery.
• Michael Anthony Deangeles was ordered to serve the remaining 55 days of his sentence for theft of property, criminal trespass, aggravated burglary, theft, vandalism and financial exploitation of an elderly or vulnerable person. He had been serving his time on weekends, but had failed to report since June 13.
• Patricia Leigh Fulcher pleaded guilty to possession of meth, and was sentenced to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $750 plus costs, and will be eligible to be furloughed to rehab. She was credited for time served on a 45-day sentence for violation of probation.
• David Lance Fults pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine in an amount of .5 grams or more with intent to deliver, and was sentenced to 10 years, to serve 364 days in jail and the rest in the TNROCS program. He must also pay a $2,000 fine and costs, and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment. He also pleaded guilty to simple possession of marijuana and received a concurrent 11-month, 29-day sentence, a $250 fine and court costs.
• Calvin Songer pleaded by information to burglary, receiving a three-year sentence to serve 41 days, a $50 fine and court costs. He received an identical concurrent 11-29 sentence plus a $75 fine to the Economic Crime Fund and costs for theft of property over $2,500, and must pay $2,500 restitution and have no contact with the victim. He was credited for time served, but must spend the remainder of his sentences on supervised probation.
• Jacob Wesley Johnson was furloughed to the Tony Rice Center for the remainder of his sentence. He was charged with violation of probation.
• Daniel John Pendergraph pleaded guilty to domestic assault, simple possession of a schedule IV substance and simple possession of a schedule II substance. He was sentenced to serve nine months, pay $1,000 to the drug fund, and court costs.
• Jamie Roach was sentenced to two years, to serve 210 days, and fined $350 for violation of the sex offender registry.
• Arron Christopher St. Onge was sentenced to three years in jail plus costs as a Range I offender for child neglect.
• Nelson B. Williams entered best-interest guilty pleas to one count of reckless endangerment and two counts of aggravated assault. He was sentenced to three years, to serve 270 days, for all three counts. Those sentences will run concurrently. He must also have no contact with the victim.
• Ira Lee Bouldin pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in jail, to serve 30 days with the balance on probation through the TNROCS program. He must also undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, pay costs, and have no contact with the victim.
• Jerry Dewayne Forsythe had his bond revoked, and was placed on house arrest with a GPS ankle monitor.
• Clayton Rivers Hankal pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to be served on supervised probation by the Adult Recovery Court. He must undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and have no contact with the victim until he has completed at least half of the Caring Dads program and the victim has completed a Families in Crisis class. He was also sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in ARC and 44 days in jail for misdemeanor child abuse.
• Sethly Cole Hodges received a total of eight years, to serve 150 days and the remainder on supervised probation, plus a $2,000 fine for two counts of sale of methamphetamine. She was accepted into the Adult Recovery Court.
• Peter Christian Kovach pleaded guilty to aggravated criminal trespass and assault, and was sentenced to two consecutive 11-month, 29-day sentences on supervised probation. He must pay costs and have no contact with the victims. He will be eligible for judicial diversion if he successfully completes his probation.
• Meagan Danielle Lloyd was accepted into the TNROCS program, and if she completes the program her charge of child endangerment will be dismissed.
• Holly Michelle Muncey pleaded guilty to burglary, and was sentenced to four years as a Range I offender to serve 100 days with the remainder on supervised probation.
• Brittany Renee Pedigo pleaded guilty to criminal trespass, and was sentenced to 30 days supervised probation, a $50 fine, and was ordered to stay off the property.
• Michael Wayne Pennington was sentenced to three years in jail, to serve 30 days, must pay court costs and have no contact with the victim after pleading guilty to aggravated domestic assault.
• Keith Polson pleaded guilty to assault, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in jail, to serve 10 days, plus costs. He must undergo a mental health evaluation and have no contact with the victim until completing an anger management course and the family completes Families in Crisis class.
• A capias was issued for James Rabideau, who is facing a charge of violation of probation. His bond was reset to $3,000.
• Johnny Ray Sweeton pleaded guilty to violation of an order of protection, and was sentenced to 48 hours in jail and six months on probation, fined $100, and ordered to have no contact with the victim.
• A capias was issued for Kristy Michelle Wates for failure to appear, and her bond was reset to $150,000.
• Nancy Avila Mariche was sentenced to two years in jail, to serve seven days, as well as two years supervised probation for forgery and identity theft.
