Judge Bart Stanley has ruled on the following cases in Circuit Court.
Benjamin Franklin Dees was ordered to serve 300 days of a 10-year sentence for delivery of meth, aggravated assault, and domestic assault.
Jayme D. Hendrixson was ordered to serve 12 years as a range II offender for possession of meth with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, and resisting arrest.
Alvin Jim Brady was ordered to serve 120 days of a 10-year sentence for two counts of sexual battery.
Justin L. Hill was ordered to serve 180 days of a two-year sentence for reckless endangerment with a vehicle, resisting arrest, and second-offense driving on a revoked license.
Bobby Lane Sanders was ordered to serve 180 days of a three-year sentence for evading arrest with risk of death or injury to others, and sixth-offense driving on a revoked license. He can be furloughed to ARC after 75 days.
Scarlett Desirai Lawrence was ordered to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence and pay a $2,000 fine for delivery of meth in a school zone.
Cody Leonard Frisby was given a four-year judicial diversion and ordered to make $2,365 restitution for aggravated burglary, vandalism and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Terry Wayne Luna was ordered to serve 180 days of a three-year sentence for violation of the sex offender registry.
Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Geoffrey Scott Wood (90 days), Houston Sky King (180 days) and Paul Winton Shoemaker (180 days).
