Criminal Court dockets were heard in Circuit Court on Wednesday, Dec. 6 by Judge Bart Stanley. Included in Wednesday’s actions:

• Kayla Mechelle Argo was sentenced to serve 10 additional days for a failure to appear. 

• Timothy Wayne Baer was sentenced to serve three years TDOC as a range one offender, have no contact with the victim or victim’s family and pay court costs for two counts of aggravated assault. His second degree murder charge was dismissed. 

• Andrew Mason Bond had his jury trial date set for March 11. He is charged with evading arrest and driving while his license was suspended second offense. 

• Lucas Corey Bowdoin was sentenced to five years TDOC, ordered to pay $2,000 plus court costs and serve 300 days in the Adult Recovery Court program for sale of methamphetamine. 

• Elijah Dale Bush was sentenced to serve 10 days for a failure to appear. He is charged with assault. 

• Michael Kelly Campbell was sentenced to serve 10 additional days for a failure to appear. Campbell is charged with possession of methamphetamine. 

• Angela Darlene Craven pleaded guilty to VOP and was sentenced to serve 150 days.

• Jeremiah R. Hagan was sentenced to serve four years TDOC as a range two offender, serve 30 days and pay $3,500 in restitution plus court costs for theft of property. 

• Katy Lynn Stark was sentenced to 16 years TDOC to serve 100 percent of her sentence and ordered to pay court costs for aggravated child neglect. Her first degree murder charge was dismissed. 

• Ronnie Glenn Bain was sentenced to two years TDOC to serve as a range one offender, ordered to pay $15,000 in restitution to Animal Control and pay court costs for six counts of aggravated cruelty to animals. He is also not allowed to own any animals. 

• Leslie Smith Cobb had a trial date set for Jan. 4. Cobb is charged with possession of methamphetamine, simple possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm with intent to go armed and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. 

• Marty Joe Cooper Jr. had his trial date set for Aug. 12. He is charged with theft of property, vandalism, assault, burglary, simple possession of methamphetamine, driving on suspended license sixth offense aggravated burglary and stalking. 

• Stephanie Denis Drake was sentenced to three years TDOC to serve 60 days and ordered to pay court costs and forfeit her weapon for unlawful possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. 

• Charles Anthony Farless was sentenced to five years TDOC to serve 190 days and ordered to pay $2,000 plus court costs for delivery of a schedule III controlled substance, Buprenorphine, in a school zone. 

• David Michael Lance Jr. pleaded guilty to VOP and was sentenced to serve 30 days. 

• Adam Christopher McAbee, Morgan Benjamin McAbee and Wendell Vernon McAbee had their triad dates set for Sept. 26-27. Morgan and Adam are charged with domestic assault and Wendell is charged with aggravated assault, domestic assault and violation of protective order.
