Judge Bart Stanley has ruled on the following cases in Circuit Court.

Hunter Bailey was ordered to serve 270 days of a six-year sentence for possession of meth with intent to manufacture, deliver or sell. He was fined $2,000 and will be eligible to be furloughed to long-term rehab after serving 180 days.

Brian F. Ballew was given a six-year sentence for possession of meth with intent to manufacture, deliver or sell. He was admitted into drug recovery court and will be allowed to serve his sentence on probation.

Jessica Gillespie was ordered to serve five days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay a $350 fine and have her driver license revoked for one year for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher Steven Higgins was ordered to serve 135 days of a two-year sentence and pay $740 restitution for theft of property. He can be furloughed to the TN Rocks program.

Charles Vanatta was ordered to serve four years in the Tennessee Department of Corrections for theft of property, evading arrest and fifth-offense driving on a suspended license.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Raven Nicole Botts (serve balance), Devin Rhea Carter (serve 365 days), Ronald Don Kloosterman (60 days), Brandon Steve Leverett (90 days), Roger Dale Newby (serve balance), Jonathan Zachariah Rowland (180 days), Timothy Dustin Saylors (90 days), Shana Nicole Smiley (180 days), Terri Ann Tatum (120 days), Ethan Seth West (90 days) and Andrew Blake Young (120 days).
