A criminal court docket was heard Wednesday by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court.

Included in Wednesday’s court action:

• Shawn Christian Barr was ordered to serve 45 days for a drug related probation violation and was given a probation extension of one year. Barr was also ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment.

• Chelsea Hope Bennett was ordered to serve 90 days for probation violation, then return to probation.

• Cory M. Biles was ordered to serve 270 days for probation violation, then return to probation.

• Jason Keith Bouldin was ordered to serve 20 years at the Tennessee Department of Corrections, plus court costs, for aggravated kidnapping and is to have no contact with the victim. He was also ordered to serve 12 years at TDOC as a range II offender of manufacture, delivery, sale, or possession with intent of meth. Bouldin was also ordered to serve 15 years at TDOC for possession of a firearm with intent to go armed. He was given an 11 month, 29 day probation sentence for a second or subsequent offense of driving while license was revoked. These are all to run concurrently.

• Jeffery Johnson was ordered to serve 364 days of an 8 year sentence at TDOC, the balance on probation, as a range III offender for evading arrest with risk to others and to have no contact with the victim. He was also given an 11-29 probation sentence for evading arrest by foot. These are to run concurrently of each other. Johnson was also ordered to serve 180 days of an 11-29 probation sentence for assault with bodily injury. This is to run consecutively with his other sentences.

• Cody Dale Cagle was ordered to serve 364 days for probation violation.

• Lucas Cole Campbell was ordered to serve 210 days of a 2 year sentence at TDOC, the balance on probation, plus court costs for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. He was also ordered to serve 120 days for probation violation, then return to probation.

• Kevin Lee Fralix was ordered to serve 364 days then return to probation for two counts of probation violation.

• Thomas Jerald Higgins was ordered to serve 270 days of a 4 year sentence, the balance on probation, plus court costs as a range I offender for burglary, vandalism and theft of property. He was also ordered to pay restitutions and fined $75 for the theft charge. These are to run concurrently. Higgins was also ordered to serve 120 days for probation violation. This is to run consecutively with his other sentences.

• Courtney D. Martin was ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment plus court costs for assault on first responder. Martin has served credit time.

• Cristopher Scott McCardell was ordered to pay $200 in restitutions for vandalism. The case will be revisited on Jan. 23.

• John Ogden Melton, III was ordered to serve 90 days for probation violation, then return to probation.

• Tyler Andrew Moore was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 probation sentence and fined $750 plus court costs for two counts of possession or casual exchange of meth. He was also ordered to serve 210 days of a 2 year sentence at TDOC as a range I offender for evading arrest by vehicle. Moore was also ordered to serve 210 days for probation violation. These are all to run concurrently.

• Christopher Troy Rogers was ordered to serve 300 days for probation violation.

• Katy Lynn Stark is to be heard by a jury for first degree murder and aggravated child abuse starting on Jan. 29, 2024.

• Chelsey Lynn West was ordered to return to probation after serving time for probation violation.

• Shane Michael West was ordered to serve 90 days for probation violation, then return to probation.

• Clarence Joseph Henry, III was ordered to serve 180 days of a 9 year sentence as a range I offender and fined $2,000 plus court costs for possession of meth with intent. He was also ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment. Henry was also fined $10 for establishment of speed zones.

• Sean Lee Cope was ordered to return to probation after serving time for probation violation.

• Tristen Renee Griffith was ordered to serve 10 days of 11-29 probation sentences for three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a child, plus court costs. He was ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and to have no contact with the juvenile. These are to run concurrently.

• Bryan Joseph Christian was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 probation sentence, the balance on his probation, fined $750 plus court costs, and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment for possession or casual exchange of meth. He was also ordered to serve 180 days of a 3 year probation sentence, the balance on his probation, and forfeit his weapon for possession of a weapon by a convicted drug offense felon, plus court costs. He was also fined $25 for unlawful removal or alteration of registration tag and $25 for registration plate must be illuminated. These are to run concurrently.

• Christian was ordered to serve an additional 90 days of a 3 year probation sentence, the balance on his probation, and forfeit his weapon for possession of a weapon by a convicted drug offense felon, plus court costs. This to run consecutively with his other sentences. He was also fined $25 for a second count of unlawful removal or alteration of registration tag and $25 for street cars stop at all stop signs.

• Charles Robert Matheney was ordered to serve 180 days for reckless endangerment.

• Jodi Michele Maples was ordered to serve 10 days and fined $50 plus court costs for a second or subsequent offense of driving while license was revoked.

• Jonathan McPeake is to be heard by a jury for possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities on Aug. 7, 2023.

• Leonel Garcia was ordered to serve 60 days and pay two drug fund for simple possession, plus court costs.
