Judge Bart Stanley has ruled on the following cases in Circuit Court.
Brandon Bocephus Chisam was ordered to serve 45 days of a two-year sentence for evading arrest in a motor vehicle and driving on a suspended license.
Ellijah Dale Bush was ordered to serve 150 days of a two-year sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license and evading arrest.
Andrew Christian Glenn was ordered to serve 30 days of a four-year sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license, two counts of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, evading arrest in a vehicle, possession of meth, and facilitation to introduce a controlled substance into a penal institution. He must forfeit the weapons.
