Judge Bart Stanley ruled on the following cases Wednesday in Circuit Court.

Jesse Lee Saitta was ordered to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence and pay a $2,000 fine for possession of meth with intent to deliver.

Jason Otis Ward was sentenced to serve 285 days of a three-year sentence for violation of the habitual traffic offender status, fifth-offense driving on a revoked license, and violation of probation. He must also perform 100 hours of public service work.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Ronald Blevins (serve balance), Brian Lee Brashears (30 days), Roman P. Couillard (60 days), Troy Grant Craven (serve balance), Doris Jean Goff (60 days of house arrest), Jared Thomas Edward Gum (100 days), Robbie Kilgore (serve balance), Andrew Langford (365 days), Alexas Tori Lee Officer (serve balance), Buck L. Pease (365 days), Katrina L. Potter (serve balance), Marty Jay Richardson (90 days), Jonathan Zachariah Rowland (6 months), Kelli D. Smartt (released on time served), Edtavis Smith (serve balance), Tasha Spurlock (serve balance), Rebecca Marie Sullivan (180 days), Terry E. Weismore (60 days) and Julie D. Wright (serve balance).
