Sentences were handed down Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court.Included in the morning session:Kimberly Lynn King was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and complete mental health treatment for domestic assault.Bobby Wayne Pinegar was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of a device to falsify a drug test.Daniel Lee Adams Jr. was instructed to serve five days of a six-month sentence for criminal impersonation. He was directed to serve six more months on probation for violation of probation.Charles T. Nunley was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Luis Alberto Xalate was fined $10 plus costs for illegal taking of wildlife.Racheal Randolph had her probation extended by an 11-29 period for violation of probation.Timothy Wayne Dorris was directed to serve 60 days and had his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.Andrew J. Kennamer must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Steve Kennerly must serve 60 days for violation of probation.April Mae Lumbley must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
