Sentences were handed down by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley recently in several drugs cases. Included in drug sentencings:Jeremy Brandon Barnes was ordered to serve one year of a 10-year sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of meth.Hunter Bailey was directed to serve 175 days of a nine-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 80 hours public service work for possession of meth.Stanley Bradley was released on 285 days, time-served and must forfeit his weapon for possession of a weapon and simple possession of drugs. He has been placed into federal custody.Jason Richard Nunley was instructed to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for possession of meth.Paige Lynn Simmons was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $900 plus costs for simple possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.Megan Elizabeth Braswell was granted a four-year judicial diversion and must pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 40 hours public service work for possession of meth.Cecil Ferrell was given three years and must pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of morphine.
