Sentences were handed down Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court. Included in the morning session:Stefanie A. Evagues was directed to serve 70 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation. She was given 10 more days for failure to appear in court.Nicholas Tyree Marchbanks was directed to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence and make $158 restitution for vandalism.Ima Lee Robinson was given an 11-29 probationary sentence for assault.Gregory Thomas Bell was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must stay out of Walmart for theft.
