Sentences were handed down recently by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley. Included in circuit sentencing:Colton Whyte Hollis was ordered to serve 180 days of a four-year sentence for aggravated burglary and grand theft.Michael Hollis was directed to serve 120 days of a four-year sentence for aggravated burglary and grand theft.Johnathan Tyler Lynn was instructed to serve 90 days of a two-year sentence, make restitution, and perform 24 hours public service work for grand theft.Zachery T. Tigue was instructed to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $75 plus costs for theft and vandalism.Andrew Blake Young was directed to serve 120 days of a four-year sentence and make restitution for burglary and theft.Willard Childers was ordered to serve 180 days of a four-year sentence for theft.Sally May Woodward was instructed to serve 150 days of a three-year sentence for tampering with evidence, DUI, driving on a revoked license and failure to appear in court on a felony charge.Matthew Gerald Edwards was directed to serve 71 days of an 11-29 sentence and will be admitted to adult recovery court for domestic assault. He was given another 300 days in jail for violation of probation.Phoenix T. Ledbetter was directed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence, make restitution and undergo anger management for assault.Michael Lee Rhea Jr. was fined $50 plus costs and must stay away from the victim for criminal trespass.
