Sentences were handed down recently by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court.Included in circuit sentences:David Ray Masters Jr. was given a four-year sentence to serve at 75 percent and must pay $50 plus costs for burglary, vandalism and attempt to commit theft.Devin Rhea Carter was instructed to serve six months of a four-year sentence and must pay $3,704 restitution for theft and vandalism. He will be furloughed to drug court.Cody Fults was directed to serve 150 days of a three-year sentence and must make $830 restitution for aggravated burglary. He will be furloughed to the adult recovery court program.Peter M. Gibson was ordered to serve four years in prison for violation of the sexual offender registration law.Brandon Chase Belcher was ordered to serve 30 days of a six-month sentence for assault.Cecilia Martinez Garcia was placed on judicial diversion for one year and must perform 48 hours public service work and pay $2,000 for theft.
