Sentences were handed down recently by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court.Included in court action:James Timothy Fleenor was ordered to serve four years for being a habitual traffic offender and leaving the scene of an accident.Clifford C. Keller was given a three-year probationary sentence and must pay $600 plus costs for grand theft.Scott Sebastian Willet was directed to serve 72 days of a three-year sentence for possessing a weapon as a convicted felon.Gary Wayne Pentecost was granted an 11-month, 29-day judicial diversion and must pay $50 plus costs for reckless endangerment. The diversion means his record will be erased once he completes his probation.Jeffery Scott Grissom was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $75 plus costs and will be accepted to the adult recovery program for theft.Christopher Daniel Gibbs was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $75 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, and was warned to stay out of Walmart for theft.Mark Allen Jones was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence for evading arrest.Austin Michael Betts was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for underage DWI.Edgar Santiago Rodriguez was instructed to serve three days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 32 hours public service work, lose his driver license, and enter the adult recovery program for DUI.Timothy Wayne Russell II was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and had his driver license revoked for one year for second-offense driving on a revoked license.Edna Elaine Stacy was directed to serve 30 days and pay $50 plus costs for possession of meth and driving on a revoked license.Sarah Threlkel must serve seven days for failure to appear in court.James Paul Bailey must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Trey Anthony Cole must serve 60 days for violation of probation.Casey France was directed to serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.
