Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Thursday in Traffic Court: Randal Dale Bond was given 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for DUI second offense. He must also perform 24 hours public service work and pay a $600 fine. He was given 10 additional days for failure to appear.
