A 58-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court.Included in the morning session:Mark Barnhill was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and undergo batterer intervention for domestic assault.Paige Simmons was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth for resale, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.Tiffany Ross was granted a six-month judicial diversion and can have no contact with her victims for domestic assault. The diversion means her criminal record will be erased after her probation is over.Rebecca Hill was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and was banned from Dollar General for shoplifting.Susan Tidenberg was given an 11-29 sentence, but released on time-served, and must make restitution and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.Sam Wooten was bound to the grand jury on the charge of possession of a weapon by a felon.Timmy Hollis was given a six-month sentence but released on probation for criminal impersonation.James Longwith was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo anger management for violation of an order of protection.Tasha Spurlock must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.Nicolas Smartt must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Tracy Jennings must serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.Christopher Hollands-worth must serve 90 days for violation of probation.Ridge Price must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Brittany Sutton must serve 60 days for violation of probation.Kyle Sutton must serve 60 days for violation of probation.Marissa Underwood must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
