Christmas open houses coming to town this weekend

Holiday shopping is getting in swing and many local shops are getting in the holiday spirit by having Christmas open houses this weekend.

Many of these shops will be showcasing their new seasonal items while providing refreshments and giveaways. This weekend, there are multiple open house options.

Tiger Lily Boutique will be having a two-day event starting Friday, Nov. 12, from 5 to 7 p.m. and continuing on Saturday, Nov. 13 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be many new arrivals and Christmas gift options. Tiger Lily Boutique will also provide lite holiday bites as well as having discounts and giveaways. Tiger Lily Boutique is located at 1007 Smithville Hwy.

Red Door Kids on Main Street will be holding its Christmas Open House this Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m. This is the store’s inaugural Christmas Open House and there will be sales and sweet treats for customers. 

Red Door Boutique at Plaza Shopping Center will also be having a Christmas Open House this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. This will be their fifth annual Christmas Open House and there will be sales going on and treats available. 

Christmas Delights at Renewed Creations will take place this Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m. Light refreshments will be available. Renewed Creationsis located at 213 E. Main St. 

Southern Traditions’ annual Christmas Open House is this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. There will be light treats and other in-store specials for shoppers. Register to win a Ronaldo Jewelry Bracelet, a Vera Bradley throw, and a $100 gift card.

Evelyn Taylor Avenue will also be having its Christmas Open House this Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m. Owner Penny Jones invites everyone to come “mingle and jingle.” There will be giveaways all evening, as well as different sales. Some of the giveaways will include handbags and wallets. Evelyn Taylor Avenue is located at 211 E. Main St. 

The Crouch House’s Christmas Open House is this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. This boutique will have new Christmas T-shirts and other boutique shirts as well as other seasonal items. The shop is located at 119 West Main St., Suite 1.
