Gov. Lee attends ceremony to celebrate Bridgestone expansion

Various Bridgestone and Tennessee government officials break ground on the new plant expansion expected to create 400 jobs for the area by 2026. Bridgestone celebrated a groundbreaking for the $550 million expansion on Wednesday. A bevy of Bridgestone and Tennessee government officials were in attendance, including Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee and Paolo Ferrari, the Bridgestone joint global COO and president and CEO of Bridgestone Americas.
