An upcoming show at the Park Theater will usher in the Christmas spirit like a rhinestone cowboy.

Branson On the Road Christmas Style is set to take the Park Theater stage on Friday, Dec. 3 at 7 p.m. Tickets are available for $22 on the main floor and $17 in the balcony.

The show combines the sounds of fiddle, mandolin, banjo, guitar, and upright bass intertwined with classic country comedy. It’s touted as a combination of Christmas, bluegrass, and rockabilly with a full slate of jokes tucked under the tree.

“We realize there are many who will never have a chance to visit Branson personally so we decided to bring our show directly to the people,” said longtime performer Debbie Horton. “You will be singing along, laughing and enjoying every minute of this Christmas show. It’s so much fun for everyone.”

Horton holds the distinction of being the only woman to have played lead guitar for Johnny Cash. She’s appeared on the Grand Ole Opry stage in Nashville. Horton has served as an emcee for concerts with Kenny Rogers, Hank Williams Jr., and the Oak Ridge Boys.

Derwin Hinson is another talented member of the show. He was hired by the legendary Charlie Louvin and appeared at the Grand Ole Opry the very next week.

Branson On the Road Christmas Style is touted as a great way to usher in the holidays. It’s a fast-paced, high-energy show.
