Michael and Vickie Bouldin have been named 2016 Citizens of the Year by Morrison Ruritan. A banquet in their honor will be held April 23 at the Morrison Ruritan building at 121 W. Maple Street. Guest speakers will be Bill Boyd and Jameson Bouldin.
