The Bonner FCE meeting was held on March 6 at the Warren County Administration Building on Locust St. President Lisa Keener called the 11 members to order at 10 a.m., as usual. Chaplain Janice Boyd presented a devotional titled “Whoever Makes Our Garden” and led a short prayer.
