Construction has begun at Bobby Ray Memorial Elementary with demolition going on in Building B, which is visible across the road from Zaxby’s just off Chancery Street. An update was given to members of the Warren County School Board on Thursday. “If you walk through there, it is kind of a maze of hanging wires right now, but construction is well under way,” said architect Allen Hill of Upland Design Group.
