Firefighter Caleb Barnes has been named 2016 Fireman of the Year by McMinnville’s Evening Exchange Club.“It was my pleasure to recognize and honor a great young man, Caleb Barnes, as the 2016 Fireman of the Year,” said Neva England, president elect of Evening Exchange. “He is a great asset to our community. We appreciate him and all the firemen and women who risk their lives for service to their community.”Barnes is a firefighter for McMinnville Fire Department.
