Bark for Life, a celebration of man’s best friend and a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society, is coming back to Warren County.The event will be held at Riverfront Park on May 21. Same-day registration starts at 11 a.m. The ceremony is from 12 to 3 p.m. Participation fee is $20 for the first canine and $10 for each additional canine.“Bark for Life is a fundraising event honoring the life-long contributions of our canine caregivers,” said Holly Walker, who is the event organizer. “It presents an opportunity for people to be empowered through their canine companion partnerships and to contribute to cancer cures through the mission of the American Cancer Society.”The event will start with a walk on the Barren Fork River Greenway.
