Autumn Street Fair spaces going fast

The Autumn Street Fair is set for Saturday, Oct. 2.

It’s not too late to get a vendor booth at this year’s Autumn Street Fair, but spaces are already limited for the event that is three months away.

“We currently only have about 20 booth spaces left,” said Brooks Young, a member of the 2021 Leadership McMinnville class and media/ marketing contact for Autumn Street Fair. “They are definitely going fast. Any vendors interested in purchasing booth space should do so soon. Booths are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.”

Autumn Street Fair is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 2 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in downtown McMinnville. That date is rain or shine.

Current plans are to have a day filled with crafts, food, activities and live entertainment for the entire family. Details on those plans are being finalized.

“This year, we will hold a cornhole tournament as well as a pet costume contest,” said Young, when asked about any preliminary plans he’d like to share.

Autumn Street Fair is organized by Leadership McMinnville, a personal development program designed to motivate participants to develop leadership skills by addressing pertinent community issues, through the Chamber of Commerce.

The event is made possible through sponsorships.

For businesses or individuals who do not want to set up a booth, but still want to participate, there are five levels of sponsorship that vary in price and respective perks. Additionally, there are two levels of sponsorship that are geared toward specific areas and that is the Kid’s Zone sponsorship and the Food Court sponsorship.
