The Chamber of Commerce has announced the cancellation of the Autumn Street Fair, as well as the McMinnville Mountain Crawl.

“Under immense caution and consideration for the health and safety of our vendors, patrons, staff, volunteers from the 2020 Leadership McMinnville Class, and the community, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 26th annual Autumn Street Fair set for Oct. 3,” said Chamber interim president Sarah Cantrell, in relaying the decision made by the Chamber Board of Directors.

Refunds will be issued to those who have already paid over the next month or the option is available to keep that booth space reserved for the 2021 Autumn Street Fair.

“We hope everyone remains safe and healthy and we look forward to seeing everyone back on Main Street McMinnville in 2021,” said Cantrell.

When asked about McMinnville Mountain Crawl, Cantrell also confirmed it has been canceled. This year would have been the sixth annual McMinnville Mountain Crawl, which features a run through Cumberland Caverns, a scenic, 7.4-mile bike ride from Cumberland Caverns to Smooth Rapids, and a kayak ride.
