Another suspect charged in Plenty of Fish robbery

A third person has been charged in connection with luring a Smithville man to a graveyard where he was robbed at gunpoint while on a date with a girl he met online.The newest charges come against Joseph Demon Spivey, 26, of Murfreesboro. He joins Nicholas James Klingerman, 25, and Alanis Cheyenne Cook, 18, in being charged with aggravated robbery and carjacking. He will appear before General Sessions Judge Bill Locke on Feb. 21.Deputies were summoned to Blues Hill Cemetery on Short Mountain Road late last month.
