The McMinnville-Warren County Industrial Development Board was created as a separate operating entity in June 1986. This was done to maximize opportunities for growth as well as develop desired internal expertise in the process. There are 10 seats on the IDB, five appointed by the McMinnville Mayor and five by the Warren County Executive.
