A McMinnville man accused of holding down a female family member and forcibly raping her has been arrested again for violating terms of his release.
Rosalio Regalado Luna, 42, was arrested Tuesday for violating an order of protection and violating conditions of his release.
Luna was charged Nov. 10 with rape.
According to the warrant for his arrest, the female victim was interviewed by investigators with the Warren County Sheriff’s Department and Department of Children’s Services. The girl is a young teen.
“She disclosed that Luna had forced her to have sex and that he would hold her down while having sex with her,” the warrant said. “She also disclosed this was done on more than one occasion.”
According to the arrest warrant, the alleged rapes occurred between September and November of this year. Luna was arrested and he made a $200,000 bond.
As conditions of that bond, he was to have no contact with the alleged victim. There was also a separate order of protection taken out against him Dec. 5. Luna was arrested Tuesday on the new charge.
“Mr. Luna went to church where the victim in this case also attends, violating both the conditions of his bond and violating the order of protection,” says the warrant for his arrest. “As a result of his action, the victim did have a panic attack.”
Luna remained in jail Thursday on a new $250,000 bond.
