A suspected meth dealer has been hit with 13 criminal charges after a run from the law that went through two apartment complexes. Dillon R. Mullican, 23, has been charged with possession of meth with intent to sell or distribute, among his long list of charges. He remains held at Warren County Jail while his case has been bound to the grand jury.
