Lee sentenced for manufacture of meth

A woman will serve half a year behind bars after the car in which she was a passenger was pulled over and drugs and paraphernalia discovered.The woman, Crystal J. Lee, entered guilty pleas before Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley and was directed to serve 180 days of a four-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 20 hours public service work for promoting the manufacture of meth, simple possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.She was charged after the car in which she was riding, driven by Dayne S. Briest, 46, was stopped by police earlier this summer. Officers said they stopped him because he was driving on a revoked license. Since he was driving on a revoked license and he pulled over in a private driveway, a wrecker was called to tow his vehicle.
